Real Connections Academy trainers build lessons and courses from their own lived experience as organizational and team leaders, project managers, facilitators, urban planners, and mediators.

We show participants how to perform a skill by modeling it ourselves. The Real Connections Academy training experience exemplifies best practices in facilitation and leading groups.

To reach learners of all varieties, we employ the 3 major learning modalities: auditory, visual, and kinesthetic. We use a combination of visuals, videos, music, interactive and tactile exercises , dialogue, small group exercises, and group discussions.

Our trainings highlight exercises where participants can immediately apply techniques. In live trainings, participants interact with fellow classmates and hone their skills through practice and constructive feedback.
